It's all about customer service and you seem to have that just right , nothing is a problem and your staff have a warm welcome when you arrive.

Very friendly service and it made purchasing the mattress very easy.

the assistant is known to us through two previous Dreams purchases and she and her colleagues were extremely helpful.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM LYNN AT YOUR STORE IN MOUNTBATTEN RETAIL PARK IN SOUTHAMPTON, SHE WAS POLITE AND HELPFUL AND NOT AT ALL PUSHY, SHE NEW A LOT ABOUT THE PRODUCT WE WANTED AND WE CAME AWAY VERY HAPPY WITH THE BED WE WANTED AT THE PRICE WE WANTED TO PAY , WE WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TO FAMILY AND FREINDS , WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A NEW BED FOR A WHILE AND ARE VERY SATISFIED TO FIND THE BED OF OUR DREAMS. The assistant was very knowledgeable but not at all pushy, unlike some other stores. this put us at ease and made our shopping experience very rewarding.

Me and my partner visited the Southampton store to buy a new matress.. we had a look around the shop one of the colleagues assisted us telling us all about the different matresses. We chose the matress that we liked and then had a walk around the shop at the range of the beds. One of the tv beds caught our eye. So the man who assisted us with the mattress come over and told us about the bed and the finance options.. he was very friendly and helpfull and overall we were both highly satisfied with our shopping experiance.

Having walked into the store we (my husband & myself) were given enough time to choose what we wanted, then get the help of an assistant, rather than being "jumped" on as soon as we walked through the showroom door. Then everything was pointed out price wise, and when we'd decided, the signing and printing of contract, was so quick, easy, and simple. Piece of cake! And well worth going to a reputable company, with such switched on, and helpful staff!

Our requirements were understood and relevant products were then recommended to us without pressure to purchase. We were left to browse at our leisure but safe in the knowledge the sales staff were nearby to answer any questions we had.
