The colleague was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting us to understand what we were looking for (both had differing ideas) and help us to find what we hope is the perfect mattress abd bed.

Really happy with the customer service I received from Lynn, who took her time to find me the perfect package. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Allowed me to take my time and never at any stage felt like she was pushing a sale. Showed me alternatives to accustom my budget, but in the end I went with a real luxurious high end mattress and I am so excited about receiving the product. Finance package was offered and accepted, the next 9 months will be a struggle budgeting for the bed, but it will all be worth it I am sure. Would definitely return to dreams Southampton. Excellent all round service and customer care.

The sales assistant, Lynn, was very helpful and patient with my daughter and very knowledgeable about the products. Showed us other products available on the website, which we purchased.

Right from arriving at the store to placing the order we were treated like royalty. The member of staff called Lynn knew exactly what we were looking for and gave us so much attention we felt as if we were the only people in the store. We explained our requirements and tried a number of beds, all of which we were given an in depth overview. We even had a very enjoyable cup of coffee and made to feel very special. Our final choice is just what we are looking for and look forward to our new bed. The customer service we received was outstanding!

the guy explained everything really well and we spent money on a mattress and then we are returning in December to get the bed frame we would like as it isn't available at the moment. really pleased with service and bed mattress is available within a week.

Excellent service from the lady in the store. She was personable with excellent social skills. She didn't try and persuade me to buy something I didn't want, and was very efficient in conducting the sale. In and out the store very quickly without compromise on service.

The customer service we received was brilliant, she helped us find exactly what we wanted and listen to what we said, to help us find the best choice for us. She had good knowledge of the bed and items we was purchasing and she won us over, plus the bed itself is amazing, it makes you want to spend everyday at dreams just to lay on it. Overall a very enjoyable experience, would and have recommended to friends and family.
