We received very good service and help with the options of mattresses available. It was easy to make a decision on what to buy and it was made very straightforward to make a purchase. We were less than half an hour from start to finish in the store mainly due to the excellent service we received.

The staff were polite and very helpful and informative, easy transaction and yes I will shop there again.

The assistant, Lynn, was very chatty and helpful with finding exactly what bed I wanted. I was able to try many different mattress. There was use of a lift. We were offered tea or coffee, which we declined, but was a nice touch. I was able to have the delivery date I wanted and ensured that I will be phoned on the day with a delivery time. The process was very smooth.
