We didn't have much time as we needed to pick up our daughter from pre-school, but we knew what we wanted. The sales assistant directed us to the right place and this helped us choose our purchase in the time frame allowed. Otherwise we would have walked out without purchasing and perhaps returned at another time.

Went to Dreams Southampton with the intention of looking and learning about different mattress types so that I was better informed for later purchasing. The manager Martin was superb and listening to my price and budget concerns but also my health concerns. Ended up with an amazing deal, amazing bed and mattress. Highly impressed with the complete service as they delivered and build my bed for me.

Friendly, clean, airy, open atmosphere. Very helpful sales person, not pushing us into buying the most expensive option (would have left the shop if we had been), Rima knew her 'stuff', lots of helpful information.

We arrived to find assisance immediately available and on explaining our needs were shown a choice of items from which to make our selection. Payment and delivery were quickly processed and we were out of the store in about 15 minutes. Very satisfying.

We needed a new bed, mattress and headboard for our holiday home. We didn't necessarily want the cheapest, and likewise didn't want to pay a fortune. The assistant was very knowledgeable and helped us with his recommendations. We also had our two young grandsons with us who thoroughly enjoyed the experience of the TV bed!!

The assistant that served us was named Dom at southampton branch. He came across as very polite, seem very approachable, very knowledge able about the products and was very hellpful. Would definetly go there to purchase products in the future.
