Your colleges in Southampton store were very friendly and helpful. I did want a different colour in the bed frame I chose but it wasn't available for delivery before Christmas so that was only because I needed one sooner but hopefully will be happy with the other colour I chose.

The staff at this store are extremely friendly and very helpful especially Roger, who went above and beyond, and dealt with my unmanageability with grace and patience which resulted in the desired outcome. Thank you Roger very much indeed. Roger is also a big reason why I would recommend this store in the future. Also, I spoke to a Emma Foster at customer services who was equally friendly and helpful resulting, once again, in me being very satisfied in the outcome (which I'd started in being near tears) I would also like to mention Chloe who showed me around initially, she smiled through my rather odd behaviours with no judgement and acceptance. Your staff are a credit to you.

As you walked I new what I wanted and showed the lady who was very helpful and didn't try messing around trying to sell me something else ordered straight away so everything was bought and payed for within 30 minutes
