I found the staff courteous and happy to help. Smile on their faces as we walked in the store.Good banter with the young man who served us and overall very satisfied customers.Hope the bed we bought lives up to expectations,but then as the young man told us we can return if not satisfied within the allotted time.

This sales lady was very helpful and also very welcoming. It's a pity that other sales organisations are no where near as good as your sales lady was.

We have bought beds and other items from this store in the past (Southampton Mountbatten Retail Park SO15 1QJ) so when I needed to buy bedroom furniture, i checked online and chose items in the Avignon range, but called into the store first to check the quality of the range. Rima was the first to greet us and once more, being very knowledgeable, she was able to place this order for me at the option of 3 for the price of 2. I always recommend this store to friends and family and would always visit Dreams in the first instance. WELL DONE!

Member of staff went through all our options, showed us only relevant products and did not try to upsell! Answered questions including on the confusing car park outside the store ( not their fault) and was very helpful. Availability seemed good too

Had a very friendly sales assistant, was not plushly let us have a look around and then helped us at the end. I was looking at a few head board options and he was very patient and let me see the different options with the divan base. Overall a very friendly store( west quay retail park) and great customer service. Will definantly recommend to friends.

The products were explained in detail allowing us to make the right choice for us.Friendly staff with a wide range of knowledge with no pressure selling.

I been to the shop with my family& which item we are looking for we got their very near to our choice & price range is our budget One lady staff work their for a long time , I been this shop few years before she was their, still working & she is very good to customer & very friendly. We are happy the service.

Since our arrival there was a lady offering us a cup of tea, and after couple of minutes watching a few products a saleswoman came to suggest and give us more information about the products we were checking, additionally she gave us alternatives on products that also could fit in our expectations.

We were served by Rima who was very friendly and professional. She offered us a good deal with some extras thrown in, so we left feeling we'd made a good purchase. We were offered tea, coffee and haribo! We haven't received the bed yet, but hopefully it lives up to the good service we recieved.
