After entering the store, sales assistant asked what we need and showed these to us without the need to browse the whole store saving our fime

Our visit was very pleasant, as soon as we got in we got greeted by staff and was assisted throughout. All our questions was answered and good suggestion were made to help us with our purchase. Staff were very patient with us and were very helpful and freindly

We were very satisfied with our visit to your shop , your sales advisor Dominic was extremely helpful and had a very patient pleasant approach and advised us on all the different types of beds which helped us find what we were looking for with ease and with no pressure , we will def recommend this store in future .

I was made welcome by the staff when I arrived - hot mug of tea and a comfortable chair. Dominic showed a genuine interest in the product I needed - adjustable bed. Relaxed manner, friendly and personal service and advice. He clearly explained th product features - printed off picture and description.

I WAS MADE WELCOME AND RELAXED DURING MY VISIT TO THE STORE BY THE STAFF. HOT MUG OF TEA ON A COLD DAY AND A COMFORTABLE CHAIR TO SIT ON AT THE DESK TO EXPLAIN MY REQUIREMENTS. THEY ALSO UNDERSTOOD THE PROBLEMS WITH MY VARIOUS DISABILITIES.
