The sales assistant soon understood our requirements and understood that lucy was very happy being sold the bed by her neice.

I was extremely impressed with the colleague (DOM) that dealt with us on the two visits we had at dreams, very understanding and listened to our needs without trying to pressure us into the sale, he talked us through all the different options that where on offer.

Our assistant Lynn was very knowledgeable and helpful. We knew nothing about beds when we entered and everything when we left. She took all our concerns and requirements on board and advised accordingly. And she made me a decent cup of coffee to boot.

We were welcomed with a friendly smile and offered assistance straight away - got the perfect bed and had time to browse the furniture section at leisure.

Dom was very useful and helped us greatly. Was very interested in what we needed and gave us the time we needed in private to discuss our final decision before we bought. This was a huge plus in our eyes. Many thanks to Dom and his colleague who was also lovely.

The lady who served us was very conscientious and knowledgeable about the different products. We really felt she took the time to understand what we needed and explained what she thought would suit us best.

When we entered dreams we were not pounced upon, we had time to look round on our own. Lynn asked if she could be of help, and she explain all different type of mattress which we only come to by, we left with the whole bed, but very happy

The staff were very attentive and helpful from the outset, we did not feel pressured to make any purchase and were able to test the products throughly, While the staff remaind patient and help us find the best deal. For the bed that suited us best.
