Gentleman that served me was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient. A very good all round service.

Your staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble . Knowledge of products was very informative and made me feel confident about what I purchased .

We were given really good advice. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the range of mattresses and pillows available. The repayment deal was very good.

We were assisted by Lynn who took a lot of time and trouble to help us choose and price various options until we found the perfect one. She was polite at all times and made us all a drink. She let my daughter (11) go in the Tempur room so she could try a massage. Her colleague Don(?) was also polite with a good sense of humour.

We were trying to find a mattress which suited us both and by Rima guiding us around the different ones we were able to eliminate down to the one which felt perfect

The staff were extremely helpful and showed us a range of products to suit our needs, while also giving us time to make up our minds without any heavy pressure sale tactics.

Rima was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She was able to recommend insurance products too. The only negative issue was that the product was not available to view in the colour chosen. I am still unsure that I will love the product, satisfied as I am with the service.

We were served by a guy called Dom - although he approached us to help he kept his distant which meant that we could be comfortable without him invading our own space - he was knowledgeable, courteous and made different recommendations within the price range and comfort rather than just guiding us to high priced goods. This helped us enormously as my husband and I both wanted something different and his knowledge helped us to compromise and understand each other's requirements - we went in for a mattress and came away with a mattress wardrobes and bedside tables! Excellent service from Dom.

As soon as we walked in the store a wonderful lady asked us if we wanted help. She offered us drinks and went out of her way to help us as I am disabled and needed a good bed that wasn't highly expensive. We planned on getting a bed for a total of no more than £500, but thanks to her and her assistance we got a bed for nearly £900. It was Southampton branch in the Mountbatten Retail Park, Southampton. Her name was Lynne I think.
