Rima was really helpful and got us a great deal

We were approached in a friendly and polite manner with no sales pushing. We were listened to and our requirements were met. We were free to make our own choice and were not automatically shown either the cheaper or more expensive option.

Shopped there previously with my daughter and recognized Martin. He was very helpful as before

Lynn in Southampton branch was extremely helpful. Pleasant, and polite. No hard sell. Extremely informative. Made us a coffee whilst letting our very tired 3 year old sleep on one of the beds whilst we shopped! Mattress are a minefield and she made the experience short and painfree! Great sales assistant.

We were not really clear about what we wanted but needed to replace our last bed also purchased from Dreams many years ago. Rima in the Southampton Mountbatten branch was incredibly knowledgeable and spent considerable time explaining the different beds. Having changed our mind at least twice she calmly managed to put all aspects together and we left happy, having purchased, we hope, the bed of our dreams to go in our new house. Thank you.

I had quite specific ideas when I entered the store. I purchased items that I would not have considered had it not been for the expertise of the assistant. The time and hospitality shown was excellent as were the facilities to explore new ideas. All the items that I purchased were readily available to try.
