I thought the customer service was good- it made our experience in the store, quick, easy and hassle free

Was greeted on entering the store and given 100% attention by Riva who was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient throughout. Being given information and guidance without pressure made the buying experience a pleasure and Riva is to be commended for her 'upselling' performance in regard to 'cool pillows', mattress protector and 8yr guarantee.

Rima was an excellent ambassador for the company - helpful from the time I arrived until I left having places my order

The employee came straight to us and was very approachable. She understood our needs and gave us very polite service and nothing was too big or too small she knew all about the products. She gave us information on some great deals and told us all about the finance arrangements and what was best suited for us. She told us about a huge package deal that came with our choice of mattress and gave us plenty of time to browse the products and even made us a lovely cup of coffee.

the lady knew how much we wanted to spend and what type of mattress we wanted. As I had had a shoulder op I found it difficult to get on and off the bed she was very helpful and understanding of our needs. She showed us a mattress that we bought we also got free pillows, mattress protector and duvet with our purchase. overall a very good service and will highly recommend.

I had visited another Dreams shop at the weekend and did not 'connect' with the salesman shall we say..... Whilst on business in Southampton I visited this Dreams branch and was very happy with the attitude and friendly manner of the staff.

Customer service was amazing. Product knowledge was great. Large selection of beds.
