Sales assistant listened to us and had a good knowledge of product. She was able answer our questions and offered us a cup of tea. Very friendly

Rima, our assistant, was very helpful and sold us our own bed last year - this purchase was for our eldest son - and we returned to Dreams because of the service we received first time around when we bought a Tempur bed. We were not disappointed and received excellent service and technical assistance this time too.

Dom and other colleagues were available immediately and pointed me in the driection of the style of mattress i wanted. They left me to make my own decision as that was what i had wanted. But were there when i was ready with questions. Perfect level of customer service.

I knew what I wanted when I arrived at dreams. Rima approached me on entering the store and kindley directed me straight to what I was looking for. Delivery date was booked and the mattress I wanted paid for and I was out the store in 15minutes. It was quick and easy just how I liked. Rima was very polite, professional and knowledgable about the products.

After the colleague listening to our needs and what we thought we wanted gave us a few more options to choose from resulting in a Purchase which was perfect for us and a very happy husband!

Dom and then colleagues greeted me and offered assistance. They left me to decide when I had expressed that I needed to make up my mind (I don't like to be hassled, so this was great) but where really available if I had any questions. Fab.

The sales representative greeted us as we entered the store but was not pushy or attempt to upswell (which can sometimes be intimidating). Rima had good product knowledge and was very happy to talk through all the options available to us. We left the store feeling as though we had made the best choice despite having only visited this one store for our purchase.

My first visit went really well very satisfied with the salesman. We had to return a second time to make some changes to the order.The assistant we saw on the previous visit was. not their so we saw a different person.not very happy with him. We were due a refund but he was unable to work the computer so we went able to get details of this.we have also not had a confirmation email for the new order wich we would like

As a first time buyer for beds, was not sure what I was looking for. I know I needed some extra help from dreams to start making choices. I was given a very warm welcome at the branch in Southampton, and was given some great help. This allowed me make a great choice on buying my first bed with you at Dreams. Was speaking with Lynn in store, she was great as she got me to start thinking, she also new what she was talking about as well, which really helped.
