Dreams - Southampton

Greeted and served by Martin at the Southampton Mountbatten branch, who was very professional and knowledgeable. Was shown a range of options of mattresses and beds that were all relevant to my requirements. Did not feel rushed in any way or pushed towards any particular product and felt I had plenty of time to make up my own mind in store. The store was clean and tidy and not overly busy, which can feel uncomfortable when trying mattresses for extended periods of time. Was the first store I had looked in for a new mattress and bed and was planning to visit another couple of stores that afternoon. However having found what I had wanted and at the right price, decided to go for it there and then. Was able to have a sensible discussion on price, options and delivery and the order confirmation came through email just as I left the store. Would certainly go back to this branch and ask for Martin, and would recommend to family and friends. Overall a highly satisfied experience from someone who is usually quite difficult to please. Very well done.

Rima was very polite friendly helpful and very happy to help. She took us through all the options to see what we wanted and what suited our needs. She made us feel very comfortable and nothing we asked seemed to bother her. She knew exactly what she was talking about which helped with her own experiences. As for the quality of the products, I'm very please we were able to afford something of that quality!

From the moment we entered the store the sales assistant was very helpful gave us all the time we needed, was very patient while we chose what we wanted. Nothing was to much bother as we had so much choice we took a while to choose, but the sales assistant never once tried to hurry us, we were offered tea or coffee. It was a very relaxing time with excellent service. Thank you.

Since moving to Southampton the Year 2014 I found Dreams Location Easy Access from Bus door to door from my Home Address. Having to furnish my Apartment couldn't have chosen a better Store especially a Comfortable Bed to sleep. In the past went to Argos but quality Cheap and nasty (Not Comfortable). My Friend who is moving into the same place as myself I suggested I would treat her to "A Dreams Bed". She was Elated with my Gift. Also' I have found The Staff Extremely Helpful at all times even when they are busy with other Customers.

I had explored the Tempur matresses at other shops so had an idea of what I wanted. In one shop I experienced a hard sell and did not like it. The assistant was very knowledgeable and helped me make a reasoned choice. The price was within my budget so thank you.

Rima approached us in a very friendly manner, was extremely helpful and efficient, that we commented to her how quick and easy our purchase was and that we were very satisfied that she listened to our needs and didnt try to convince us to buy other more expensive goods, she knew all bout the products she was selling, plus a happy smiling face makes all the difference!

Rima, the assistant/colleague who served us was very knowledgeable with the mattresses which was what we were shopping for. She knew what she was talking about and was very helpful. We are due to receive the mattress in a few days time and are hoping that Rima`s advice proves to be correct.

Staff very friendly, helped us with exactly what we wanted. We also had our 3 children with us and the staff were patient with us while we had to sort them out in the middle of looking and ordering our product.

The shop assistant that served us had good knowledge of what he was selling. Very friendly. Shop had a lot of beds to choose from all with a different colour coding from softness to firmness. We found this very helpful. We would recommend this Southampton store to all family or friends who wish to purchase a bed.
