We were served by Rima who was very helpful and informative, we were offered beverages when we arrived and we didn't feel as if we were being pushed into making a quick or wrong decision. It was a pleasure to be able to browse and try the products at our own pace. Rima's colleague Keith also helped with some information on certain products. Now looking forward to our new bed arriving.

Came to look at a new bed. Rima at the Southampton store was very helpful and we purchased a new bed because of her friendly approach. Rima makes an outstanding cup of tea.
