Dom served us at the Southampton store. We were very impressed that he did not jump in and ask us if we needed help straight away like other salesmen tend to do. He greeted us and let us look and came over after giving us time to look around. We had been to previous bed stores and found this off putting in the past and this is what stood out for us and helped us make the decision very easy to buy our bed with dreams. Highly recommended Dom!

Rima, who approached us was extremely friendly and helpful. she guided us to some beds we were interested in and showed us some options we didn't even think of. in the end she was extremely helfmpful with helping us choose the best mattress for our new tv bed.

Arrived at store and asked Martin about the specific bed we were interested in and he took us straight to it. All information given including type of mattress and we purchased the bed. Very straight forward and easy.
