Lynn was very helpful explained what I needed talked me through the beds and mattresses but not pushy

I walked in and was approached by a lovely lady called Lynn. She came over asked us for information on what we were looking for gave us pointers on what too look for. She then left us alone to go round ourselves occasionally coming back over to hear feedback on the products we'do seen anD then offered additional information or pointed us in a direction of something similar to what we liked. A nice experience where by we felt no pressure

We have shopped with Dreams before and were satisfied then. Great value.

Went in to browse. After trying a few mattresses with the assistance of Rima found exactly the comfort we were looking for.

The assistant that served us for very polite and very knowledgeable about her job. We went to your store to get a new mattress but brought a whole bed instead as the price was very good.

Rima (168) was highly efficient, she was not pushy, understood our needs and what we specifically wanted. She showed us items in the price range only that we were interested in. She was very polite, helpful and courteous and gave us a no fuss sales pitch which we appreciated. Thanks
