The staff were very friendly and helpful, with a good knowledge of everything in store. We were also able to place an order quickly and easily.

We thought the tv bed was amazing but my wife loved the matress more now she can have a good night sleep and rema was amazing to she was so helpfull and funny she was a top sales girl

The assistant was very friendly and helpful. His knowledge of the types of mattress to suit our particular needs was excellent but he was not too pushy.

Rima, who assisted us was amazing. She did everything she could yo help us out as we had no idea where to begin. Her knowledge was incredible and only thanks to her (and Tam) we purchased a bed and mattress on the same day!

my wife and I arrived at the store, had a look round then as we saw Tam he said would you like any help, so he came over said this and that wife agreed,she said i like this one please. Tam said no problem when would like it delivered so we specified 7th June and paid end of story and slept happy ever after

Excellent staff Tam and Louise, very knowledgeable on the items, very friendly and helpful. They let us browse and were on hand to answer all questions. Not pushy, just informative which meant we listened and purchased more.

We booked out appointment on line and when we arrived we were seen immediately. Our sales assistant was Tam and he was superb! We felt that he was honest and really listened to us. My husband and I couldn't decide on what mattress to go for and Tam patiently showed us all the lines that were relevant to us. The other staff members were great too in that they entertained our two boys while we went about deciding and buying

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Together we have spend a quality time to find the best product for me. They were very patient and helpful. And of course the products are brilliant.

Staff were friendly and helpful and sales assistant (Rima) remembered us from about 6 years previously when we bought a bed for another room.

Rima was wonderful. She help with questions and her experience help us make our mind up .she didn't pressure us a lovely down to earth lady .
