Absolutely thrilled with the customer service from Chloe. She was extremely efficient and an lovely helpful young lady. I am partially deaf and Chloe was very clear when explaining stuff to us. I could understand her!!! I would like to thank Chloe for her great service.

We were assisted in the store by Rima who was very friendly, knowledge and helpful. She gave us plenty of time to try the matresses and explained what they were made of. She then advised us on the beds and headboards and lastly took us through payment, delivery of our new bed and collection of our old bed.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I showed a picture of the mattress that I currently have and wanted to know if it still exists. I was told that it had been replaced by a different one which is almost identical. Rima was very knowledgeable and instantly knew and I was very impressed. She was also very helpful with choosing a delivery date as the bedroom is not finished yet. She also told me that the date can be pushed back if we don't finish in time. Excellent customer service 👏
