THE GENTLEMAN WHOSE NAME WAS CALLED TAM WAS VERY POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL ALSO HIS ASSISTANT THEY MADE ME VERY WELCOME AND THEY WERE VERY PROFFESNOL.

I came In to see what children's beds you had to offer. Runs came over as I sat in one of the beds on offer with a to in. She explain everything that was included in the price and that the sale ends soon. I then looked at the Titanium and it was lovely, again Rina advised of all the product information and was so friendly and happy. So we brought the bed I. The colour we wanted, and delivery within a week. Very impressed.

RIMA WAS VERY HELP FALL AND NOT PUSHY TO US ALSO SAKED IF WE WOULD LIKE A DRINK

Manager Stuart and Keith were excellent, very knowledgeable and unlike at Benson for Beds not trying topush you into busing something more expensive.

The sales staff was very knowledgeable and appeared highly trained. The explanation of the product I purchased demonstrated good product knowledge. After deciding to purchase the item the ordering process was quick and all aspects of the delivery procedure was explained fully.

I have been suffering with a bad back recently and the member of staff was very helpful explaining the benefits of different products. She was even honest enoughto talk me away from the more expensive of the two mattresses i was looking at because she felt it would not be right for my back. I value honesty and integrity hugely and it would have been easy for her to have driven me towards the more expensive product. Everything was done very efficiently and friendly and i was in and out within 30 minutes which was very helpful as i was on a time limit which the member of staff realised. Another benefit of this particular branch was the parking. I was able to park right outside the store in the carpark that had 2 hour free parking. All in all this was a good experience as i was dreading having to go and find a mattress that would do the job. The fact the store had a summer sale on also made my purchase very good value for money. I will definately recommend the Southampton branch to family and friends.
