The sales person was very knowledgable and talked my mum through the different types of mattresses, he wasn't pushy in any way and once my mum had chosen 2 different mattresses, he left us to talk and decide on which one she wanted.

The branch manager and Tam were very professional individuals. The staff at your branch here on the island could do with learning from them. It was a shame we had to travel to Southampton to get such a rich and excellent service. Our request was not straightforward to complete but they both took the time to work out the best solution.
