Rima welcomed us as soon as we went in. She was very informative and had great product knowledge. Did not feel rushed. She provided all the literature we needed and answered all questions fully.

We were shopping for a new matress because ours is dated and no longer comfortable for my partner who is pregnant. The assistant in store Rima was very understanding of our needs and patient and didn't put pressure on us to buy on the day which is refreshing compared to the previous store we visited. Her knowledge of the products was very good which helped us find the best fit for our needs, she recommneded several for us to try before we found the perfect mattress for us, which with the discount was a fair price. The understanding, patience and product knowledge of Rima were superb and she even went over and above the call of duty to bring forward the delivery date, thank you.

Couldn't fault the service

We visited your store in Southampton to buy a replacement mattress for my husband's parents. Tam and Stuart were absolutely brilliant, they offered assistance as soon as we went into the store and we said we wanted to look first and Tam let us know what was upstairs and on the ground floor. We looked all round the store and finally decided on the mattress that was most appropriate, the price was good and Tam was on hand to confirm the price and delivery date that most suited our needs. He offered a collection service for the old mattress but we declined as a friend had already offered to remove it for us. Stuart made us both a cup of tea (which was much appreciated) while Tam took payment and went through all the delivery and billing details. The store was immaculately clean and tidy, well laid out and easy to navigate. Tam and Stuart let us browse without interuption which suited us perfectly. Never having been in a Dreams store before, I would definitely recommend the service, quality of mattress and also the delivery service yesterday. Thank you Dreams!!

your colleague Keith was very helpful pointing out the best product for my needs in the price bracket i wanted to spend. He also showed me a very interesting pillow and explained the benefits of it. He did such a good job that when I said I would have liked three but that i couldn't really afford them in view of the money I was spending on the mattress he managed to get me three for the price of two - result as they say!

Tam was very friendly and very helpful. My son needed a new bed and was a bit embarrassed about trying out the beds. Tam made it easy for us both and was kind to him. He was very efficient at processing the order.
