Very friendly staff no problems at all

The worker, Rima took her time to ensure that all needs were satisfied and to ensure we were given the best deal possible. We left the store very happy with the purchase, the help given and very happy with the service provided.

Having tried several shops we went to dreams in Southampton. Rima greeted us, offered us drinks on a warm day, asked what we were after, lead us straight to the mattresses which best met our needs & gave us space to think about our order once she had given us all the information we required. She was friendly & welcoming, I was very impressed.

Keith our sales assistant was friendly and knowable and allowed us to look around but also made us aware of the different options we could choose, once we made our choice the payment process was quick and easy with good flexible payments with the bonus of a 10% military discount (great when you have a large family and on a budget). Both Keith and the assistant manager were not fazed by the fact we had 4 children with us who also wanted to try out the beds!!! which made it a happy shopping experience.

Rima was absolutely amazing! So helpful, with everything from getting us a tape measure to recommending mattresses for our budget, and got our order done really quickly!

The Dreams Assistant, Eddy was very helpful in listening to my requirements and showing me alternatives to what he originally showed me. Validation code 168. I was offered a coffee, but declined as wanted to concentrate on my purchase, but a very nice customer service gesture. I am also pleased that Dreams will take the old mattress and assemble the new bed. Very helpful.

Very friendly staff who help me out" and even open the doors an hour before opening times"!!! I was helped out by ex display" and head board" very greatfull and il be back in the future and will recommend dreams to all my friends and family !!! By for now 👍👍👍👍

We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door by the manager, who took time to understand our situation. I was buying a bed for my sister who has Altzheimers and the care he took to help her and understand what she wanted was really kind and caring. He suggested things we hadn't thought of which were sensible and useful. We have always had good service from Dreams, whichever shop we have used, but Stuart from store 168 in Southampton went beyond the normal good service and was truly superb. Thank you again Stuart.
