We found that Stuart the Store Manager was extremely attentive and understood what we were looking for. He explained the options available to us and we felt there were no hidden surprises. He was also willing to take the time to make a phone call to confirm his understanding of the bed we were interested in. Overall a very satisfying visit given that originally we were only going to look at the beds and ended up placing the order, all of which I put down to Stuart's manner.

The store was very well laid out ,and Stuart was very informative . He gave me good advice ,helping me to choose the right product for my needs. I am happy with my choice and the service I received.

Rima was so friendly and went out of her way to ensure we were totally satisfied with our purchases. She called us when the bed we liked went on offer and made sure we got the best price possible.

It was all just so easy and stress free. Rima was an angel and sorted everything out for us.

We had a nice talk with the salesman and he went and made me and my girlfriend a cup of tea we tried all the different mattresses and picked out the one we wanted. We liked the pillows we offered so much we bought them as well. We drank our cups of tea as we paid and organized delivery. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. The product range was good and easy to understand (colour coad system). The mattess we picked is very comfy yet still firm enough, it's clearly of a very high quality. I'm very happy and will be back again one day.

We had the pleasure of being served by Tam at your Southampton store. He was exceptional in terms of knowledge, service and how he interacted with our children was first class. The extra touches like giving both kids a drink and involving them in placing the order was great to see and really added to our customer experience. Top marks for Tam from me and the family :)

We were served by Tam at the Southampton branch, my coffee and my partners tea we brewed very well. It was nice not feeling like we were being pushed towards any particular mattress. We thought that we were going to spend about £400 more until Tam suggest a cheaper one which we are both looking forward to using. Tam also was very honest when we asked about a darker set of bedding,he's a very likeable person who made what could have been a much harder experience pass in next to no time. Thank you Tam.
