Dreams - Southampton

The girl who helped us at the Southampton store called Robyn was very knowledgeable about the product and actually stayed until after the store close at 7pm to complete our order. Very impressed.

I found the whole experience fantastic and so easy. As soon as I walked in the door I was met by rima and she was so friendly and helpful she even made me a lovely cup of tea. I wasn't rushed into making a decision and she understood what it was I wanted. I would definitely return next time.

Visited both the Eastleigh and Southampton branches and in both cases were assisted by the manager and in the case of Southampton other members of staff. We were given all the information we asked for and at no time were we rushed or pressed into buying any particular product. At the Southampton branch where we eventually made our purchase the help was exceptional.

Assistant was a great help and made the experience very good.

Within a minute of entering the store we were met by Tam, the sales person on duty. He immediately identified a range of mattresses and bed frames/bases that suited our criteria, providing vast knowledge of each product and recommending certain best sellers and sale items which would be great value for money. When we had narrowed down a few options of each, Tam took it upon himself to use the products chosen and lay them out with each other (each frame with each mattress) so we could make a decision using the pricing guide this provided. Tam was very professional and interacted with us very well making the whole experience very enjoyable and stress free. 10/10.
