Took my wife for her surprise birthday pillow and we were really well looked after, from the welcome at the door to the service and payment. Rima was very friendly and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish.

My husband and I were greeted as we entered the store and immediately helped with our questions. The staff were extremely helpful, and we were very happy to be informed that our new mattress was in stock and would be delivered within a few days.

Becky, the assistant was amazing from as soon as we got into the store. A very friendly and polite person who catered for all our needs. She was extremely helpful in our decision making process, often providing answers to the questions she knew we were going to ask before we asked them. She made chosing the right mattress, bed, pillow, headboard and quilt and absolute dream.

Excellent advice and guidance. Quick attention and able to take product from store stock.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff

we were never rushed and could spend as much time as we liked on each of the beds and went back to the one we felt was right for us a second time, the young lady harriett gave us all the information on each mattress and helped us with the divan base, lovely friendly service.

Becky greeted us on arrival, offered us a drink and took time to understand our needs. We lay on the diagnostic bed and Becky then showed us to the beds recommended for us. We each had our own pillow with protective covering. Becky was friendly, professional and caring. Her knowledge of the beds was excellent and she genuinely wanted to help find the right bed for us, even if it was not the most expensive. We had been planning to go to John Lewis for a second opinion but decided not to bother as we knew no one would match up to Becky.

We arrived 15 minutes before closing but were still greeted warmly by a lovely lady who directed us to exactly what we were after. We didn’t buy then but over the phone in the morning after we’d checked out what IKEA had to offer. That was a dreadful experience and will not be repeated!

Chloe at the Dreams store in Southampton was very helpful and knew exactly which mattress we would like. She took time to understand what we were looking for.
