Dreams - Southampton

We came in three times over the course of a couple of weeks. We had not bought a bed or mattress for 17 years so needed to understand the different product types and advantages / disadvantages of each. Robyn spent plenty of time explaing all this to us - but without any pressure to buy, and this set us up for looking at both Dreams and other stores. When we came in again, she continued to be helpful, and it was not until the third visit that we decided to purchase, at which point all the paperwork was well explained and again I felt no pressure. Great service and a great member of staff.

TAM THE SALESMAN HELP THOROUGHLY WITH OUR SELECTION.HE TALKED US THROUGH THE PROS AND CONS TO HELP US WITH OUR CHOICE.WE WERE GREETED AS SOON AS WE WALKED INTO THE STORE BY HIM AND AS SOON AS HE REALISED WE WANTED A DIVAN BED HE SHOWED US WHAT WE NEEDED AND OFFERED US A HOT DRINK.HE WAS NOT PUSHY HE TREATED US WITH RESPECT.ME AND MY WIFE RESPECT ALL SALES PEOPLE WHO TREAT AS LIKE THIS.WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY BUT :WELL DONE THIS TEAM IN SOUTHAMPTON:

Very happy with the help given at the store. You were abit more expensive than other stores we went to but the help provided was much better and the choice was better. Overall a very good experience and would return in the future.

I found Tam and his team to be very friendly and very helpful. They were attentive and took their time with myself and my mum who both came in to buy mattresses. Excellent customer service.

Excellect service and staff knowledge

The stand out point from our visit was the availability, helpfulness and degree of knowledge of the store staff. Admittedly it was a quiet morning but both Robyn and the store manager struck the balance just right between always being on hand to offer assistance and yet also giving us the space to look at and try products. They never pushed a hard sell but were genuinely keen to offer constructive advice in order to help us to make the best choice for us. When we had decided on a bed frame and mattress the store manager also did his best to offer us the most competitive deal he could. Overall a highly professional sales team.

The Mattress that I was looking for was explained perfectly regarding the quality and firmness. I tried all the mattresses suggested by Tam before finally choosing the best for me.

Excellent choice, very efficient and friendly staff

I saw the product online. The bed was on sale the Manhattan bed. I described it to the sales agent Tam he was extremely helpful. He had product knowledge. He also explained to me other products on the shop. I was only going to buy a bed but ended up buying a mattress and mattress protector. I think they were value for money. I found Tam very helpful. I think my overall saving was 594.30. I would recommend the Southampton dreams to anyone. Am definitely coming back to buy a bed for my daughter
