The shop manager (Darren?) offered Just the right amount of offer to help whilst giving us enough time to first browse. Excellent product knowledge. Very good at guiding us to right mattress for our needs.

Robyn was extremely helpful and welcoming. When she was unsure she asked colleagues for help promptly; when asked they answered in a very timely manner without trying to fudge any issues.

The store was short staffed (due to train cancellations), and the assistant was juggling us and another couple at the same time, very successfully. Very friendly service, very knowledgeable.

we were greeted on entering the store, made aware that assistance was available if needed, offered a cup of tea or coffee & then approached at intervals to see if help required.

Staff friendliness and time to go over all options were second to none very prompt service and a nice hassle free transaction of goods and payments .. Would most definitely return to this store again .

We were greeted by Stuart the store manager shortly after entering the store. He was very personable, and with few quick questions pointed us in the direction of what we were after. After reviewing the products and narrowing down to a few Stuart was able to offer in-depth product knowledge enabling us to make a correct decision for our requirements.

The sales assistant Robyn was eager to assist and was of a pleasant disposition. Both Robyn and the store manager who assisted with the paperwork appeared to be very knowledgeable and professional when giving advice. We were made to feel welcome in the store and appreciated the enthusiasm of the sales staff. This is a return visit for us as we purchased our existing bed from the same store approximately 5 years ago.
