Southampton store salesman Tam went over and above customer service. As I'm disabled he made sure i was comfy sitting down made me cup of coffee and allowed my carer to sign on my behalf.5 star service

To be honest we like to be left on our own when looking but to be honest we really needed the help and the store manager at Southampton was brilliant.. Also the rest of the staff were really nice and natural which for us is a bonus not over the top.. Happy customer

As a first time bed buyer, I was quite nervous as had no idea what to do. Thankfully a very kind assistant (Tam) came and helped us and showed us what was best - also gave great assistance about my back pain etc.

The store manager spent time helping us decided which matress would suit are needs the best which is highly important as my partner suffer with back pain

The Southampton store is clean, light and well laid out. The staff - all one of them - were very helpful and obliging. The usual ploy of add-ons beloved by retailers is always niggling. I refer to the disposal of old divan and mattress and most especially a charge for assembly. After all, the bed I bought in the store was assembled so why should I have to pay to have the bed assembled!

The assistant ,Robyn, was as helpful as she could be and was knowledgeable re the products.I didn't feel at all pressured. It must have been difficult for her as she was alone in the store,but she managed to attend to us all.
