robyn, the assistant that greeted us as we entered was very helpful,she knew exactly which bed i was referring to,the isabella ottoman walnut double, even though the southampton store doesnt stock it, but the old store that she used to work at did, so she was very knowledgeable on the bed. she then helped us chose a suitable mattress, which we then bought. looking forward to my new bed and mattress arriving in april as im moving house .

From the time we walked in to the time we left not once did me or my husband feel any pressure I mean the hard sale so nice just to look at r leisure, Tam who was looking after us evening made us coffee and just let us make the right choice for us this is the second time we have purchased from your store the first time was yr chandlers ford store will definitely shop again
