Harriet Dunn gave excellent customer care and the items chosen were on a far shorter delivery time than the website said they were. The sleep analyser was great.

When entering we were greeted in a friendly way. We said we would like to browse first and we're told where in the store we could find what we were looking. They left us to it which in my opinion is great, didn't feel pressured into anything and we felt really relaxed. When we were ready Rima was very helpful and knowledgeable of what we were after. All in all a great experience. We'll done!!!

Chloe was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience.

Rima our assistant was very helpful, easily identified the items that were suitable and made sure we could order what we needed. Very quick which is what we wanted!

Went in Southampton store unexpectedly to have a look round and ended up buying our dream bed with great help and customer services from a lady called Becky.

We were welcomed at the door. COVID regulations were followed. Our two young kids were able to be themselves in the store. Assistance was outstanding.

We shopped at Southampton store and upon entering Rima introduced herself and offered assistance. We used the sleep match to confirm which mattress we required. Rima listened to what our requirements were and offered us a varied selection to try out. She was very knowledgeable about each mattress we tried out. We purchased the tempur one. It was the most pricey but it fitted our needs. There was no pressure from Rima to purchase the most expensive one, she gave us space and time to try each mattress a few times to ensure we were happy. The customer service was superb from start to finish, it was an enjoyable shopping experience, even better that Rima was able to get a delivery date in 5 days. I would highly recommend the Southampton store to friends and family. Our first shopping trip out after lockdown. 5 star service.
