I was greeted by Tam, he was pleasant. I had already done my research before coming in to she showroom I just wanted to check out the products before buying. he made this process very easy and stress free. with recommendations and product knowledge. the ease in which the or was placed helped and he even searched where I could buy suitable bedding as I has ordered a small double. he spoke very generally about himself and family again making me feel at ease. he made the experience easy and stress free. he offered me tea/coffee which was actually really nice.

We found the member of staff extremely friendly and helpfull there was also a good feel in the store as all members of staff were friendly and they all seemed to have a great working relationship with eachother

Very pleased from going into store and service but the best service was the delivery men so respectful, polite and helpful. Thankyou very much.

Me and my husband have decided to visit Dreams shop as we were recommended by our friends this place for buying a new mattress. We had an idea what sort of mattress we want but lovely shop assistant Kerry (Southampton store) has explain about product and gave us proper time to try more products in store. Well done her and all guys in store!!!!

Calm and friendly atmosphere and a good selection of products on display. Well laid out and prices clearly on display. We had many queries but we were helped by Robyn Charlotte who was knowledgeable and informative She was readily on hand but gave us enough space and time to be able to think things over and discuss our options without feeling pressured or feeling that we were wasting her time. She was wonderful throughout.

Robyn the Sales Assistant was very informative and helpful, and very friendly and polite. We were given all information on products we were interested in and were shown how quickly the items could be delivered if we were to order, which we did. She knew a lot about her products which was really good.

Staff listened and took on board our requirements. Showed us a variety of options. Also helped us in our time frame, we 'popped in' to look as we only had 30mins but the staff were very helpful and efficient so we were able to purchase too!

The assistant who served us Chloe was not only knowledgable about the products she was selling, she was genuinely enthusiastic about the products and the company in general. We came in with absolutely no idea of what we wanted and she guided us through all the different kinds of mattresses to pick the one that was right for us. She was not trying to 'hard sell' anything, and as such we decided to not only buy the mattress we intended to, but a additional £329 on a new headboard. We really could not praise Chloe enough for her advice and help today.

From the moment we walked in the service was exemplary. Stuart, the store manager made me and my partner feel very welcome and asked us about what we needed and why. Initially we were only going to buy a mattress topper for our current bed as both myself and my partner suffer from back problems. After looking at a few options we then asked if we could look at mattresses instead, as we realised we wanted a more permanent fix for our problem. Stuart listened to what we thought was our ideal mattress type each and then expertly selected a rang of mattresses for us to try. He responded well to our feedback and would offer new alternative mattress ideas. Once we had selected our mattress he then detailed out all of the costings and time frames for our order, giving us all the information that we asked for or required. Truly an outstanding service overall from dreams Southampton.
