Robyn served us in Southampton so knowledgable about the bed and very very helpful for our requirements nothing was too much for her

A very friendly team of assistants who were very helpful and offered options for our needs. Happy to say they didn't know to questions that we had (didn't make it up) and then asked for help from supervisors who could help.

The in store service was amazing! Chloe was very friendly and took the time to get to know our needs and stuck with us through our disagreements about different mattresses and strived to provide us the best one to suit our needs and never once did it feel like she was trying to force a sale upon us! She is a very good sales woman, also her being Harry Potter fan was a great talking point :)

Both Assistance greeted us as we arrived. While looking round the products we were not pressured , but were asked if we needed help by Kerry. She answered our questions. on returning to the shop she greeted us warmly and we said we wanted to place an order. Kerry offered us a drink (which we declined) and took our order, details and payment giving us options on delivery dates. Overall an enjoyable visit with a pleasant member of staff.

Staff were friendly and let you get on with browsing, did not pester you.

The store were very friendly order easy to place, after order I realised I didn't have enough space phoned customer services they couldn't have been nicer changed the order and order being delivered this Wednesday very pleased
