Chloe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product range and was able to get our needs and recommend options specifically for us but at all times felt friendly and we never get pressured to make any decisions.

i personally would like to say thank you to the Southampton Store and to the colleague Kerry for their customer service they gave me and the effort kerry put in to make me feel welcomed and dicussed my bed frame details and gave alot of knowleadge about my product and the dates when my bed frame arrives. If kerry keeps her good customer service up, she could go a very long way, pay rise for her would be recommened for the effort she puts in for her Customers and the work she does in a warehouse.

Fantastic service by Kerry in your Southampton branch. She had all the time in the world for us and was happy to entertain our 3 year old daughter who now has a new best friend. The price and product range was good and Kerry came across as objective and expert and not salesy! True asset to your organisation, we probably could of saved money shopping around but due to the service wanted to buy from Dreams.

The staff member I was dealing with was extremely helpful.

Friendly, welcoming staff, even offered us coffee. Helped us choose the correct mattress for us. Didn't try to get us to spend more than we needed to. Very impressed.

We had an excellent experience in buying bed last week. Great range of products, really informed and friendly staff in Southampton store. A big thank you to Chloe who explained the different firmness ratings we ended up buying our new mattress. She was amazing and very professional. Delivery service was very good as well. I am highly recommend Dreams to anyone.

Chloe was friendly and very helpful throughout, she did her up most to help me and my other half find what we were looking for over the couple visits we made to the store.
