Chloe was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She spoke clearly and precisely and listened well to all our requirements. She was then able to make appropriate recommendations getting us to try a variety of mattresses with different qualities and finally encouraged us to whittle down our choices until we had made our final decision.

We were made very welcome when we entered the store, and were allowed to wonder around on our own before we required any assistance, but when we did we were met by an experienced staff member, who was very helpful, and soon realised our requirements. Time was taken to give us good understanding of which mattresses were available to suit our requirements. We were offered tea or coffee at least three times while we were in the store, and the other staff members were very curtious towards us.

We were advised which floor to look at and which particular beds within our price range. We were satisfied with the quality of the product and the service we received from the Sales Assistant who was really helpful.

Chloe was wonderful. After testing some beds, we shared our budget with her and she worked out what were the best quality items we could afford. She also provided us with fresh pillows to test the beds with which was a nice touch. The process felt very efficient but also very welcoming. Will definitely be back in the future.

What impressed us the most was the experience in purchasing two new beds. Chloe was fantastic and so helpful. She provided excellent advice, a friendly approach and really helped us to decide the right beds for us. Her customer service is second to none and I would travel to this store again to make my next purchase (Traveled from Waterlooville). Thanks Chloe for all you help. You are a credit to this store.

The assistant found out all of our needs very quickly and showed us everything that fell into our needs requirement so we were able to make a fairly quick decision about what was right for us!x

It helped that we went at a quiet time but we had great and friendly service and a cuppa as well. Good product knowledge and in a clean and comfortable store all made this a great trip.

Kerry was really friendly without being too pushy as a sales person.
