Tam and his colleague were very friendly and helpful. I would defn. go again and purchase from the store. Value for money with a good service.

I asked questions about the diffentmatteresses which help me choose the right one for me. I was given a choice of base colours and headboard colours . Found Tam to be very knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with.

Excellent customer servise. the girls were very helpful and made me a lovely cup of tea. i did spend a bit more then i expected but i think i was worth it.

We had purchased a mattress 5 years before and we were very satisfied with its comfort and wanted to replace it.Also the collection of the old mattress was good

We received good advice from sales assistant Kerry who was friendly and knowledgeable but did not subject us to a hard sell!

We were met by Chloe and she explained all the options available and we made our purchase guided by her expertise.

I visited the store with my wife and two children (aged 7 and 5). The assistance we received from Robyn when choosing a bed was great. She made us a cup of tea and made sure the children were looked after by putting on the Tempur video and letting them lay on the Tempura beds to watch it. This was fantastic as it gave myself and my wife enough time (without the constant stress of the children needing something!) whilst we chose our bed and mattress. Robyn had great product knowledge and answered all the questions we had without being pushy or too "in your face". I would recommend Dreams to my friends and colleagues and enjoyed the great level of service along with the great range of products at good prices. Keep up the good work and thanks again to Robyn and team at the Southampton store.

Chloe was a fantastic customer service assistant. From the second we walked in she was attentive without being too forward. She gave us all the information we needed, offered us hot drinks and gave us cloud pillows to try each mattress with. She spent approximately an hour and a half with us and we ended up buying two of the pillows plus our mattress. She also had a great sense of humour! Great service!
