Kerry came to help us straight away and listened to what we wanted. She was very friendly and provided suggestions of mattresses to try. Pillows suiting our preferences were provided to assist.

Soon after we entered the store, we were asked if we needed help. We did and the member of staff was very helpful explaining the colour coding, made us a hot drink and offered some advice but wasn't too pushy and left us to it for a bit before coming back to find out how we were getting on. Then when ordering the mattress we were lucky that the item could be delivered on our move in date and even though the mattress protector we ordered wasn't available in store we could tell the member of staff was trying to do his best to help but I offered to come back in later on in the week to pick it up once in stock.
