Tam the member of staff helping us , listened to exsactly what I wanted and showed me my options and didn't pressure me into looking at anything I couldn't afford etc. He was friendly and everything was done quickly and easily. He even came to find me in the shop next door when I had not completed some paper work properly!!

Went in to browse for future purchase. Staff member, Kerry, was so helpful and knowledgeable workout being pushy at all. WI think her help we decided to buy on the day. Very helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience! Will be returning if we ever need/want bedroom furniture in future.

Tam was very helpful and understanding of our needs and wants. He had good knowledge of the products and helped us make our decision.

We went in one day with the intention to find a new bed, we decided to take a night to think it over and when we went back the next day the same store assistant greet us and remembered what bed we were interested in. He also helped us test mattresses to find one suited to our needs.

Chloe was extremely helpful and full of knowledge, she really helped us understand the importance of our mattress decision and the good value it would be over time as well (this was our first purchase of a good quality mattress!). We were getting the Ferry over to IOW so didn't have long but we weren't rushed through it either and it all went smoothly.
