Very happy with everything no problem at all

We were served today by Madhurima who was incredibly helpful. We were not sure what we wanted. Just that we wanted a double bed and mattress. Within minutes she found one for us that was perfect for our small room, an ottoman which gave us that extra bit of storage and a mattress fit for a 5* hotel. She was polite, kind and patient and gave us all the information we needed and more. Helped us every step of the way and cannot express how helpful she was. Would highly recommend.

The girl Chloe who helped was incredibly friendly and helpful. The matteress calculator was amazing!

Instantly felt at ease, we were running late and it wasn’t an issue and when we entered we were instantly seen and all questions we had answered.

Excellent service from Harriet who was very knowledgeable about the various mattresses she showed us. She really put effort in and made us feel very welcome. We were delighted too with the delivery date booked for two weeks later. Would definitely recommend going to Dreams to anyone.
