Robyn, your colleague, introduced herself when we entered the store, explained the layout of the store, asked if we needed any help at this time, of which we refused and then offered us a cup of tea or coffee while we looked around. We found a couple of beds that we liked and Robyn was instantly on hand to answer questions. It was a little more money than we wanted to spend, but the product was great, delivery time worked for us and your staff had tried so hard to make us feel welcome in your store.

There was only one staff member in the store, and we had to wait for service, given that we are both disabled and to make the visit anyway was difficult, having to wait for attention was an irritation .We got close to leaving, but as we were parked so well where we were we sat it out. Pleased to say it was worth it, the staff member was superb at her job.

the lady who served us was very polite and helpful. We had seen what we wanted on the internet but we only wanted a small double. The lady who served us told us all about the bed and asked which colour we would like the base to be in. She offered us a headboard but we did not require this. All in all our experience with Dreams was excellent.

Customer Service was superb from the moment I walked through door, Chloe was knowledgeable, friendly and a fantastic representation for Dreams in Southampton. She stayed late to assist with the ordering of the bed and gave the option to order a mattress at a later time. Nothing too pushy and would definitely recommend on the basis of this!

The sales staff were very helpful and skilled at putting me at ease. Having not bought a bed for nearly 20 years they quickly brought me up to date and helped me decide what I needed.

I had an outstanding experience from start to finish with the service I received. I was very pleased with the time I was told my delivery would take as I went in on a Tuesday and had my delivery on the Sunday the same week. The staff in store and delivery drivers were very friendly and willing to help, nothing was to much trouble.

Greeted as soon as I entered the store and was treated to brilliant customer service by Robyn at Southampton Dreams store. Asked what I was looking for and gave sound advice throughout my visit, helping me to make an informed decision.

Arrived sunday 10.28 door was open and had friendly personable service from Tam throughout. Good fun experience I didnt want to go anywhere else on a hot sunday.

I found Robyn to be very helpful and knowledgeable and listened to our needs and advised us on different beds and mattresses so that we could try them out, which helped us decide what to buy, she didn't pressure us as some salesperson would and gave us time to decide we felt relaxed and not hurried, which is why we purchased a bed and a mattress and were totally satisfied with our visit.

The customer advisor (Kerry) who server us was fantastic, she spent the time to understand our requirements and then provided options that matched them explaining the pros and cons of each product. She was also awesome with our daughter (11yrs) in helping her choose her mattress making it fun but treating her as the customer and treating her like an adult. Really friendly staff, efficient service with a lovely smile. If all your staff are like Kerry then you are very very lucky!
