Excellent assistant (Kerry) who helped us find the products we wanted

Robyn was highly professional, very pleasant and we enjoyed the whole experience. She was a very good salesperson as we came away with items that were not on our shopping list although we are very satisfied with them.

Kerry was highly attentive since the moment we walked through the door, explaining differences between beds and mattresses that would be specific for my daughters growing needs. she constantly offered us refreshments and explained everything we needed to know in great detail.

We were approached on entry and directed to what we wanted and all the options explained then left to look properly then Kerry was immediately available to make our final choices.

Friendly helpful assistant, not too pushy, she was able to take us to exactly what we wanted quote a price and show us comparable items. Wrote everything down and after going home and confirming measurements were correct we placed and order by phone. Again very helpful assistant on the phone who placed my order efficently.

Really knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. Really took time to understand what we wanted, even though I'm not sure I know what we wanted!

From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by a very helpful member of staff, Robyn. I think she could see we we're quite fussy choosing a mattress so offered her knowledge on each product with the pros and cons. She also explained togg ratings on duvets which led us to also purchase a new duvets. As we were browsing and making sure we got the right mattress we were offered a cup of tea (great cuppa tea by the way!). The sales woman also went through the different types of pillows available. Again from her explanation of each we ended up buying two of the cool pillows which are soooo so comfy, thanks for recommending them. Sales process at the end felt a bit strange, form to sign etc but it was done with a smile and a bit of banter so not too bad. Bit disappointed I couldn't use my blue light card being part of the emergency services but the deal wasn't too bad in the end. All in all I'd most certainly return, not just because the products are good quality but because the staff are friendly and seem to know there stuff. If I had to moan about anything it would be delivery times, as we have to wait a couple of weeks.
