Very efficient , pleasant experience , not pushy , understood what we wanted and made for a great visit

after we had cased the joint, we found Tam to be very helpful and knowledgeable - BUT NOT PUSHY IN ANY WAY. People do not like that! Great range of products at good prices - something to suit everyone's needs. Ordering and paying for our purchase went like a DREAM.

The colleague, Tam, was clearly very knowledgeable and guided us round the store to the products that he thought would best suit our needs. He was informative but not pushy and left us to make our own decision. The store was well laid out and it was easy to find the different types of mattresses and try them out.

Met with a smile. Because I was in scruffy clothes; was still treated with up most respect. Asked; I'd like cup of tea. Lovely Chap. He was called TAM

I've never ordered a bed before but this was such an easy process and Robyn really helped me out by pointing out to me that there was a comfier mattress for only £10 more, Robyn was really helpful and made this order nice and easy.
