Dreams - Southampton

We came to Dreams as the last of several stores we had been to for Mattresses.We wanted to look around and test things before we made any decisions. The staff welcomed us but left us in peace as we asked, having shown us the colour leaflet for the different types of mattress. Our tests were enhanced by a staff member lending us a pillow for my wife to use. She found this so helpful and comfortable that we bought one of these pillows before we left. Then we had some questions. We approached Kerry to answer these which she did with valuable info and she took us on further demonstrations which my wife found really positive and enlightening. During this another staff member offered us tea/coffee which we really enjoyed. A great touch! We spent about an hour in the end and we able to make a decision and place an order. A little surprised by the month lead time and price but I guess margins have to be met. The 40 day 'trial' is a great help but I expect my wife will be well pleased anyhow. Kerry did a great job in a friendly, humorous and informative manner. Overall a great Dreams experience, with many happy dreams to come in the future!!

Staff were very helpful and friendly, they gave us pillows to try the mattresses we are interested in and gave us all the information we needed. Kerry and Robyn offered us a great solution how we can get our new mattress after our quite long holiday.

We were helped by Kerry in your Southampton store. She was really helpful and pointed us in the right direction with our purchase. Couldn't have asked for more.

Robyn was very helpful, friendly and very knowledgable when we asked questions. She gave us time to explore the store but also came back to check if we needed any assistance when needed. She also found an alternative model as the one we were interested in buying was slightly out of our price range, making sure we still had the same quality product.

We were not sure exactly what we wanted so explained to the assistant and she was able to interpret our needs and direct us to the appropriate bed /mattresses.

We were dealt with a highly professional man called Tam. Tam made the whole experience easy and quickly, extremely knowledgeable about all the products and very friendly and polite. Will shop here again.

The sales consultant was very knowledgeable and was able to give us more than one option for every question we asked. She allowed us enough time to select the bed combination we wanted and fully explained the pricing structure. There was no pressure put upon us to make a decision once we were given the final costs. Our order was explained to us in detail and we were asked to select a delivery date that was most suitable to us. Even though it was past the stores closing time the process was not rushed and we felt valued
