Dreams - Southampton

From the moment we came in we felt relaxed. A non confrontational, friendly, but informative approach by all staff was very refreshing. Robyn was excellent asking questions about how we sleep, being understanding of our needs before advising us of the best option (s). This saved us time and we didn't feel pressure to buy the most expensive bed, but what was right for us and we tried a few options. Robyn was very knowledgeable, but all staff offered support at the time of purchase. They were all excellent with our 5 year old daughter too. We didnt buy the first time we went there however a week later we came back to dreams and Robyn remembered us. Excellent service! Well done dreams!

Greeted pleasantly on arrival to the store checked our needs and gave us pillows to use whilst testing beds, pointed in the direction of style of mattress which we were left to try after finding the right one we continued to look at beds with the assistant popping back to us for updates and offering advice

I was very happy by the assistants knowledge (Tam) of the product I was looking for. I have very bad back issues and my present mattress was causing lots of problems. He listened to my questions and gave very good advice. I was only looking but ended up buying and am very happy .

Chloe was amazing, she has a great energy and love for her job. She was on hand to assist us, yet gave us the right amount of space/time to ourselves to test out the mattresses. As the bed we wanted was only available online or in Hull (too far from Southampton), Chloe showed us a bed that was very similar and of the same quality so we had a better idea of what we were getting. She was great fun to place the order with, she was full of knowledge, yet used her personality to connect and with us. The only let down we have with Dreams was with the "extra's" not the service. Spending over a £1000 on a bed you would expect the bed to be put together on delivery, instead you charge £38 and say if you fail to put it together properly yourselves its non returnable faulty. Overall very impressed and will hopefully be just as impressed with the bed on delivery :)
