On entering store a friendly colleague with a smile approached me and I asked to see a matteress she quickly told me where it was .she then prepared the bed so that I could try it out . I also wanted a base and headboard she showed me the options that a could have.with her knowledge I was able to decided and chose the ones I wanted.she also offered me a cup of tea .she processed my purchase very quickly very happy can't wait till I get my new bed please thank her for me please .

We visited twice before purchasing and Kerry was able to give us the right information to break down our favourites to just two then to return and make that decision. She was friendly without being pushy and gave us all the info we required and was very knowledgeable. It made the whole experience very pleasant and fun. She also knew how much time to spend with us and when to give us space to mull things over together.
