Quick assistance attentive and afford able

We went in not sure of what we wanted.I explained as, my son is rather on the large size and i also have problems.Tam the man that served us explained what the mattresses were made of and how they would help us individually.He then marked all the ones he thought we should try and then gave us some space. Which i must say i appreciated.He came back when we were ready and we went to pay. He was very helpful and an extremely nice professional person. Thank you Tam.

Tam the sales person met us as we entered the store and asked if he could help he went on to explain the colour coding for the different type of mattresses and what we could expect from them. He wasn't pushy in any way and his advice was really helpful to us to pick the ideal mattress.

First time buying a mattress with my partner, and the assistant name was Tamm, was very quick to greet us and ask us what we're looking for. Once I told him my what I was looking for he was able to show me mattresses that would suit me. I quickly found a mattress after testing them, while he explained the product knowledge on each of them, throughly impressed by how thorough and friendly he was, he provided me with key points of the mattress which helped me pick quickly, which surprised me since I'm a indecisive person. The whole then buying the part was very simple and all I had to do was sit in a comfy chair and chose how I liked my recipes printed out and my method of delivery! He was very fast to show me key points of the contract and a 5 year garentee if I spill things on my mattress or a spring breaks which I'm very pleased about. And I got a mattress protector thrown in free, really lived my short but very organised visit to the dreams in Southhampton. Last but not least it was a hard raining gloomy day and before he left he offered us tea, sadly we had to decline because of the rush hour. Loved my visit here!!

The friendly and knowledgeable staff, both Kerrena and Robyn assisted me whilst purchasing my Tempur Cool Touch mattress and two Mline Athelete pillows, I was offered drinks on both occasions. Overall my experience of shopping with Dreams was exceptional. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you Dreams and staff. Pauline Guy

The staff were great, very attentive. Karina and Chloe listened to exactly what we needed and advised accordingly.

Tam and the rest of of the team were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were not made to feel pressurised into buying from Dreams. The mattress was more than were were thinking of spending, but the sale price and assistance from Tam, turned us away from the product we were looking at online.

The service we received from Robyn was excellent. She took time with us to understand and check our requirements and was open and honest about pricing, etc...
