The staff member we dealt with was very friendly and polite, had excellent product knowledge and looked after us extremely well, we felt completely at ease dealing with her, The store was well laid out and kept tidy and clean, overall a very enjoyable experience.

The store was clean and bright the assistants were welcoming and not 'pushy' When required the assistant showed good knowledge and professionalism whenever we had a question. He made the visit pleasant,quick and troublefree

We were served immediately by the delightful Kerry. She had in-depth knowledge about all the products and was able to give us pros and cons for all the mattresses that we liked without any hint of trying to hard-sell the most expensive items (something which I really dislike). she explained exactly what we should look for in a mattress and asked pertinent questions to make sure that she understood exactly what we wanted from our purchase. the store was clean and well set up with every option of mattress available to try at our leisure. At no point did we feel hurried or pressurised - in fact we were actively encouraged to take our time and choose what we liked best. A really wonderful experience on a rainy Sunday afternoon!

Tam was pleasant and easy to talk to. Knew his job well. Had a lovely mug of coffee while deciding size,colour, headboard etc. Visit was pleasant and worthwhile.

Served by Chloe. We selected the bed we wanted but needed help with understanding the difference between the slat bases available. Chloe ascertained that the mattress was for us and not guests and the firmness we liked. We were invited to try selected mattress' and were in a position to make an informed decision very quickly without trying every mattress in the store. She gave us time to think and explained each stage of the sales process when we were ready to order.
