The sales assistant Becky was very friendly, informative and will to help and show us products that woukd be suitable. Didn't feel rushed or pressured but was all chosen and completed quickly.

We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival, who queried what assistance we required for our visit. They then directed us precisely to what we were after. They were polite, and very knowledgeable about their products

We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door and asked what they could help us with today. We were offered the mattress finder which calculated the best mattress for us and shown all the mattresses available and given time to try them all out. The assistant was very friendly and very helpful and had good knowledge of all the mattresses.

This is the third time that we have shopped and bought at the Southampton store. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to others

The store was sparkling clean and had a sanitising station. Harriet was very knowledgeable and guided us through the purchase smoothly. Harriet helped us build a list of mattresses matched to our sleeping profile using a mattress machine. We quickly found the perfect fit and booked a delivery slot for 3 days time. A mattress protector was gifted and it was over half price! I am really looking forward to comfy nights sleep, thanks ever so much. Easily the best customer experience I have ever experienced.

As soon as i walked into the store Harriet made me feel very welcome and offered to help if i needed it and pointed me in the right direction of the bed i had seen online. I loved it so i then asked for her help with some questions i had and the finance options available. Harriet was fantastic with helping me to choose the right mattress and she went through everything with me regarding the finance options. She was very helpful, friendly and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I received superb customer service and i am very happy and looking forward to receiving my new bed!

Becky who served us was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. She gave us plenty of time and advice. Spending £2000 on a bed is a big commitment but she helped us feel confident that we had made the right decision and purchased a quality product.
