The member of staff - Tam - was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He helped me make my decision but did not pressure me into buying anything. We were also offered a cup of coffee while we made our choice!

All of the team were attentive and keen to sell us the products that we were interested in. Both Karina and Chloe were a credit to your firm.

I was so impressed with my Dreams store at Western Esplanade Southampton. Robyn served me, she was knowledgeable, put me at ease and had great customer service. i was offered tea/coffee and was given time to lay on every bed in the Tempur range to make a wise decision. I went for a slightly more expensive mattress as you offered interest free credit. the admin was done in minutes, no longer the old prolonged paperwork version!

I had already seen the bed base on the internet so knew exactly what I wanted in store and Kerry (Southampton Store) was extremely helpful in finding the correct one.

The manager was most helpful, and all the staff were friendly. Robyn, who looked after us was utterly fantastic. Friendly, very knowledgeable and had the ability to lead us in the right direction.

There was a wide choice of products available in your store. Everything was clearly labelled with good descriptions of the products. We were very ably assisted by your salesman who had a wide knowledge of your goods. He was very good at listening to what we wanted and was helpful in pointing us in the right direction towards the goods we wanted. I had set out intending to visit more than one shop but did not need to after seeing your stock and having the advice and help from your salesman. We thought your colour coding system was a good idea and helpful.
