Greeted as soon a so walked in. Felt comfortable asking for assistance when usually i struggle talking to strangers. Helped me understand how the bed process worked as it wa any first time buying a bed and the different aspects such as head boards/bed frames/mattress types is quite confusing Kerry who served me was friendly, approachable, made the effort to talk when we were waiting on the card machine to work, directed me on which mattress would be best for me, even little things like asking for if myself and my daughter would like a drink while we were ordering.

Upon arrival in the. Store we were greeted asked if we had been before and the colour coding of the various mattresses explained. Left alone to wander and then asked if we cared for coffee, then the bed we were interested in explained with various options. All together a fairly painless process

The staff member in store was extremely helpful and understood my requests and met them quickly. The customer service was excellent with the offer of a drink and a happy staff member.

The assistant karim was so pleasant helpful and very very swift which was a great help as I was in a hurry, she also sorted addresses as I am buying as a gift it was just an easy purchase no problems

We were met upon entering the store asked if it were our first visit and the colour coding of the various items explained. Left alone to browse until we asked for assistance and then Tam was most helpful.
