I felt very comfortable in talking to the sales assistant. She was very helpful, friendly and made the whole experience most enjoyable. As a disabled customer with specific needs to get as a good a night sleep as possible the advice given with the available was really helpful.

I was very satisfied with the attentiveness of Natasha, the store had an attempted break in the night before and she was very professional and friendly offering coffee and tea while we thought about what we wanted to do. We probably spent too much time in the store looking st all the beds as we received a parking ticket through the post for £90 as we over stayed however we can't wait for the bed to arrive!!

We tried 3 different bed sales stores after first looking up online for customer reviews. Dreams were not the cheapest which one of our important considerations as we were purchasing on a credit card. It was the customer service, the product and the aftercare options which swung it for us and outweighed our decision regarding the price. We did not feel pressured to purchase at any time, and we felt Tam gave us excellent personal service and a great experience. Thank you dreams, we are hoping for sweet dreams from now on.

Salesman was very friendly & efficient. He listened closely to my needs & led me straight to a suitable bed. He also suggested to try other beds to make sure that I was happy with the selected product.

Chloe's product knowledge was what impressed us, talking us through our options and ultimately letting us make up our own minds as to what was the best mattress for us. All staff in store came across as friendly and no pressure selling was experienced.

I went to the store to find a new bed and mattress for a new property so wasn't planning on buying anything until December at the earliest. On entering the Store Robyn was extremely welcoming, showed genuine interest in our questions and displayed excellent knowledge. She was very helpful and offered advice and guidance without buying overbearing which is a personal hate of mine. I then sat with Robyn and Karina to discuss delivery options and dimensions so I could check that the bed selected would fit in the room. Robyn also advised me about the incredible deal on some pillows. They are perfect for my sleeping position so I bought all remaining stock. Two thoroughly professional and helpful individuals who are a credit to the store. I will be returning to this store to buy my bed and mattress in the next few weeks and this is mostly down to the level of service I received today. Regards Paul

I came in to get a quote and got what in wanted with no hassle or pushy sales and then came the next day to purchase my new mattress I was in and out very quickly so very pleased.

i went in to the Southampton Depot to look at a mattress i said what i was looking for and shown immediately the product i then tested out and was satisfied with the the feel of the mattress i was then quoted the price... i went away and came back the day after to purchase. and was very happy that i had no pressure tactic and a no hassle sale... so was very happy with the service and product. thanks.

Very helpful man called Tam! He knew what he was selling and made us feel very welcome. Even got a cup of coffee!! Would recommend dreams to anyone looking for top quality
